Refund policy
At Freepik we want you to be happy. So, if you are not completely satisfied with our services, we offer a 30-day refund guarantee.
You can get the full refund within 30 days from the purchase date, if and when, you didn’t get to use the service, that is, you haven't downloaded any resource from Freepik.com or from Flaticon.com nor consumed any credits.
If that is your case, you can request the refund via our contact form (selecting: Queries about Premium subscription/Refund/Current invoice) from the email address linked to your Premium account.
You can only request the refund of the current billing period. Please note that previous payments cannot be refunded.
It is important that you send the refund request from the email address linked to your Freepik account in order to authorize it. If possible, please include the payment ID so we can complete the process as quickly as possible.
If you don't remember the email address linked to your subscription, please provide us with the following details in order to find your payment:
- Last 4 digits of the card used for the payment
- Expiry date on the card
- Exact date of the payment
- Paypal users: Paypal email address and/or payment reference
