If you found a charge in your bank extract from Freepik Company but you are unsure of what it is, please note that it could also be from one of our other projects: Flaticon, Slidesgo, Wepik or Videvo.

If you are not sure if you purchased a Freepik or one of our other projects' subscription, please contact us providing the following information:

• last 4 digits of the card used
• expiration date of the card
• the exact date of the payment

If you believe you might have paid with PayPal, please send the PayPal reference number or the email address you use for PayPal.
