Manage members of your Enterprise plan
As the organization plan admin, you have full control over managing the members of your organization. You can do so directly from the Enterprise dashboard.
To access the Enterprise dashboard:
- Log in to your Freepik account.
- Go to the 'Subscription' section.
- Look for the 'Manage your organization' option.
- There you can manage all available actions for your organization.
How can my organization members join and access their accounts?
For your organization's members to access their accounts, they must be registered users on Freepik. Once they receive the invitation to join your organization, they just need to click on the invitation link.
Can I give or remove permissions in bulk?
Yes, you can manage permissions for multiple members at once from the Enterprise dashboard.
Here, you can manage tool access for your organization members by granting or revoking permissions. Keep in mind that individual settings take precedence over default permissions. Additionally, disabling a category will hide it for all members—unless someone has specific individual permissions to access it.
How can I view the credit usage of my organization's members?
Track your team’s credit usage effortlessly with the Credits Dashboard. This tool allows you to filter by date, employee, or tool, giving you a clear overview of credit consumption across your organization. Stay informed and plan ahead by monitoring your team’s current usage and future needs. You can download the reports as CSV in case you need it.
How can I manage permissions and settings for my organization’s members?
You can manage permissions and settings for individual members by searching them in the employee list and clicking on the three dots (â‹®) in 'Actions'. You can:
- Choose their role and allocate credits
- Grant access to use various tools
- Check their credits consumption in the Credits dashboard
- Remove member
Can I give more credits to individual members?
Absolutely! You can allocate additional credits to individual members with ease. Simply search for the employee in the list using the search bar, click on the three dots (â‹®) in 'Actions', and select 'Role and credits'.
Can I add more people to my Enterprise plan later?
Yes, you can expand your organization anytime by adding more email addresses. Just go to your admin profile and click on 'Add members'. Enter the new email address you want to invite, select the role they’ll have, and send out the invitations.
How can I remove members of my organization?
You can remove members following these steps:
- Log in to your Freepik account.
- Go to 'Subscription' section.
- Look for the 'Manage your organization' option.
- Locate the member you wish to remove.
- Click on the three dots (⋮) next to their email —> 'Remove member'.
