Can I purchase extra credits?

Yes, if you have a Premium+ or Pro plan and need more credits, you can purchase a credit pack. If you have an Essential or Premium plan, you won’t be able to purchase extra credits, but you can always upgrade to a superior plan.

How many credits are included in a pack?

Choose from four credit packs designed to suit your needs: 15,000 credits, 100,000 credits, 150,000 credits, or 1,000,000 credits.

Do extra credit packs expire?

Extra credits can only be used while there's an active subscription. If you purchase extra credits but cancel your subscription, once the subscription has ended, the extra credits will be forfeited. If you don’t cancel the plan but fail to use those extra credits within three years from the purchase date, the credits will expire.

What happens if I consume all the extra credits from the pack?

If you consume all the credits from the pack, you can always purchase another pack. You also have the option to set the purchase as auto-refillable so your extra credits will be refilled when you run out or don’t have enough credits for an action.

This auto-refill option is not set up by default, you need to check the box at the time of the purchase. You will be able to cancel the auto-refill option at any time.

When you select the auto-refill option, credits will be refilled automatically whenever you only have 5,000 previous credits left. The auto-refill will be always with one pack, regardless of how many packs you purchased initially. The price will always be the standard pack price, no discounts are applicable to auto-refilled packs.

What happens with the extra credits if I cancel my subscription?

If you cancel your subscription, you’ll keep access to the extra credits until the end of your billing cycle. After that, any unused extra credits will be forfeited as they can only be used with an active paid subscription.

What happens with the extra credits if I switch to a lower plan?

If you switch from a Premium+ or Pro plan to a Premium or Essential plan, you will be able to use your extra credits, but you won’t be able to purchase any more until you upgrade back to Premium+ or Pro. If you selected the auto-refill option, it will be cancelled if you switch to a lower plan, and your extra credits won’t be refilled automatically while you have a Premium or Essential plan.

What happens if the payment for my subscription renewal fails?

If the payment for your subscription renewal fails, any extra credits will be on hold until the payment succeeds and your subscription is active again.

Can I get a refund for the extra credits if I don’t use them?

If you haven’t used any of the extra credits you purchased, you can request a refund for the pack within 14 days of the purchase. If this is the case, you can request a refund via our contact form (selecting: Queries about Premium subscription/Refund/Credits pack).
